The 18th EMEA SABRE Awards were held in London on May 27th. The SABRE Awards recognize campaigns and agencies that demonstrate the highest levels of strategic planning, creativity and business results. Next to that, the PRovokeEMEA22 Summit showcased the 2022 IN2SABRE Awards.
We congratulate our client Mastercard! The ‘True Name’ campaign with FCB has been awarded a SABRE Award in the Financial Services category. A major pain point for the LGBTQIA+ community is that members of the community often do not identify with the name on their payment card. With Mastercard True Name, cardholders can now put their preferred name, and therefore their true identity, on their payment card. It was up to us to support the Mastercard True Name campaign with an impactful PR rollout, in less than three months and in thirty different countries. In close cooperation with LGBTQIA+ organizations, Mastercard ended up with a reach of 74+ million in free publicity across Europe.
Earlier this year, the Mastercard True Name campaign won us the European Excellence Award in the Brand Relationship category, so we are incredibly proud to once again receive recognition. Read more about the campaign here.
The IN2 SABRE Awards reward the best work in content and innovation across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Well done MSD for being awarded in the Employer Branding category! Together with the largest pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands, we developed a campaign that truly set the company apart. Instead of focusing purely on biopharmaceutical innovations and medical issues, we opted for a human approach. Stories and photographs of MSD employees at work were the inspiration and core content for this special campaign. Read more about the campaign here.
