Omnicom PR Group Netherlands has been selected out of thousands worthy competitors as one of the top 100 thriving companies when it comes to culture building. The Culture 100 Award recognizes workplaces that champion culture in the Netherlands and in Europe: real companies making a conscious and continuous effort to build better cultures. We are genuinely proud of this recognition. And above all, we are grateful for our team. 

Our vision on culture 

Culture is built daily, not once. It is something you shape together, every day. We are deliberate about this. We invest in the people who work here, in how we communicate with each other, how we grow, how we lead, and how we support one another through change. That ongoing effort is what this award reflects. 

We applied for the Culture 100 Award because it stood out to us as different. The process is rigorous and independent: every application is reviewed by an expert panel, with the final selection round taking place in person and on camera. There are no rankings. The goal is not a trophy but a community, one where People Leaders and teams across Europe share what is genuinely working. That spirit of transparency and connection align closely with how we think about culture ourselves. 

In practice, this means that every team member at OPRG is supported by both a mentor and a coach. A mentor supports role and competency development. A coach works at a more personal and transformational level. We use Facet5 personality profiling to build complementary, diverse teams and to help each person understand their own strengths and growth areas. Weekly sessions align individual ambitions directly to client opportunities. We work together in the office at least three days a week, because we know that the best collaboration happens in person.
