As an agency that guides change for growth, 2024 was all about strengthening our data-driven way of working. In recent months, all of our consultants, from starter to managing director, completed extensive Data Fluency training.
Unique rollout of Data Fluency training and tools
The Data Fluency training is a unique initiative from our FleishmanHillard network to put research and data at the heart of every project. Previously, as in most companies, essential data tools were only available to a select group, now every consultant has the access and knowledge to use these tools in developing communication strategies. These include Talkwalker, various influencer tools, Glimpse and our proprietary omniearnedID platform. For each project team, our Strategic Intelligence specialists also provide additional expertise and experience as needed.
A data-driven approach to communications strategy and change
Our data-driven approach begins with a strong research phase. Depending on the challenge, this may involve uncovering relevant product, brand, audience, competitive or trend insights. These form the basis of our creative strategy, the central narrative of a campaign or communications approach. In addition, research and data also feed the integrated activation of a campaign in the areas of public relations, social media and advertising, influencer marketing, website development, SEO and SEA, among others. The rollout is further enhanced with stakeholder outreach and public affairs, as well as an employee engagement approach.
We are proud that our entire team is now data-certified. And we look forward to guiding change and achieving growth for our clients by developing more data- and insight-driven strategies in 2025!
