Communication is and will increasingly be data-driven. Organizations must also be more agile. The reset of many companies now and in the near future post-pandemic means even more focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of communication. This means that more attention will be paid to gaining insight into the results of your program. You can make a difference with good reporting.

But there is often a difficult relationship between measurable communication and reporting. There is much mission work to be done for communications consultants and their clients when it comes to meaningful reporting.
