Collaboration in Diverse Teams

Working in diverse teams is an important success factor. Different personalities and backgrounds complement each other and lead to innovative solutions. In addition to forming a strong internal team, we also value a good match between personality and expertise in our client relationships.

Insight into Personality and Development with Facet5

To create complementary and diverse teams, we use Facet5 personality questionnaires. This scientifically based method is based on the personality model known as the ‘Big Five’. This model has been known since 1949 as a robust way of measuring personality, and several variations have been created since then. Facet5 is an adaptation focused on the work environment and provides valuable insights into someone’s motivations and work style.

In the final round of our selection process, we ask candidates to complete the Facet5 questionnaire. Both our coach and the Head of People & Culture are accredited to work with Facet5. The results are then discussed in a one-on-one conversation, where we delve deeper into certain elements to understand how someone can contribute to the culture of OPRG from within our team and with our clients.

Our Mission and Vision Integrated into Our Working Method

From our mission, Guiding change for growth, we focus on talent development. Instead of the classic hierarchical model where management is done by a manager, we offer support within our agency in a triangular structure:

  • Client Relationship Manager – leads a client account and provides guidance and feedback to the team on the execution of responsibilities within that account, whether on process or content.
  • Mentor – a senior colleague who provides guidance on competence and behavior, tailored to personal strengths, challenges, and ambitions. The mentor supports the development and implementation of the personal development plan.
  • Coach – offers confidential support at a transformational level, focused on personal and professional development.

The Facet5 profile provides valuable insights that can inform the personal development plan: Where are my strengths? Where do I want to develop further? How does my personality align with my role and specialization?

Additionally, Facet5 contributes to team dynamics. By organizing team sessions, we explore how different personalities respond to situations or each other’s behavior, which enhances collaboration.
