Five years ago Omnicom PR Group was born through the merger of the global networks FleishmanHillard, Ketchum and Porter Novelli.
At Omnicom PR Group NL, we conduct an annual survey among our clients, asking them how they perceive the partnership with our teams and the work delivered. This valuable input from a representative group of clients, in addition to our daily client contact, helps us to continuously improve ourselves and ensure that we provide the highest quality work and the most added value.
How do our clients rate our partnership? What do they think of our capabilities and the quality of our work? And how do they experience the chemistry with the team? An efficient, but also pleasant partnership, is what we value the most!
With approximately 25 clients participating, the 2023 survey is a good representation of agency performance. This engagement shows that we are working together as partners for continuous improvement and growth and that our clients trust in our long-term relationship. We are therefore pleased to share that the 2023 average client satisfaction rating is a whopping 8.2, scoring well above the global agency benchmark of 7.8.

In line with the client survey, our consultants also complete an internal survey focused on team collaboration, personal development, and quality of work. This allows us to continuously build the best client teams while taking into account the personal development goals of individual consultants. The average satisfaction score in 2023 of 8.0 emphasizes that Omnicom PR Group NL is a workplace where individual growth and development are emphasized.
One of the most striking findings from the internal survey is the enthusiasm about the way we work together. Our colleagues experience collaboration within client teams as a mutual exchange of ideas and feedback, which provides unique insights. This open communication keeps our consultants focused and promotes everyone’s personal development.
