Iris Flipsen

Iris has a dual role within OPRG. She works as Head of People and Culture for OPRG in the Netherlands and consults clients on topics such as Talent and Transformation, Engagement, and internal (crisis) communications. Iris has 8+ years of experience working in companies of various sizes (from mid-size to matrixed multinational organizations) and in different sectors. In HR business partnering roles, she was a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, people managers, and employees alike. Iris has worked primarily with teams across Western Europe, the UK, India, Brazil, and the US.

Her area of expertise is change-management as part of restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. She has extensive experience with designing and executing strategy/policy changes with a human-centric approach to enhance engagement and alignment within the business. For example, initiatives and communication plans she worked on were employee engagement survey outcomes and resulting actions, internal crisis communications, and change communication.
